Content: Hello, I am hoping to get assistance with my vertical mouse. I have been using it with no problems 3 days per week for about 6-7 weeks. I always turn off the mouse when not in use. Yesterday my mouse became unresponsive. I charged the device all night and there is no indicator light. Switching the device off and on does not work. Using different chargers does not work. Please advise, thank you!

It is not responsive even after being fully charged and utilizing a mousepad. Amazon recommended getting support from you prior to requesting a refund. I love the mouse shape. Just wish it was responsive.
