Content: Hello!I’ve had my mouse replaced for this issue once before, but it’s happening again. The scroll wheel has started to act unpredictably. It jumps around when I use it, scrolls up when I’m scrolling down, and vice versa. It makes the mouse very hard to use. Any advice/support with the product would be appreciated. Thank you!

Content: I purchased the left handed mouse from Amazon on 2/29. The mouse will not turn on or connect to any laptop. I have tried replacing the batteries, the red light flashes and then immediately turns off. When I plug in the USB receiver with the mouse on, I do not get the pairing noise I normally get when it has worked in the past.
