Content: Hi Lekvey, I purchased one of your ergonomic mouses on March 18, 2020. It has worked perfectly until now - the scroll wheel on the mouse stopped working. The mouse is difficult to use now. I see the warranty is for 18 months, and since it's only been around 11 months, I think I should be covered. Could a replacement be sent?

Content: I ordered a small wireless mouse from you on Amazon.ca. I can't seem to find the warranty but I do recall it being covered for up to 18 months. I purchased it in May 2020 and one of the mouse buttons doesn't connect, consistently. Something under it, seems to be moving or the connector is faulty.
