Content: Hello, I purchased a Lekvey ergonomic mouse. It was working well for about 9 months but now I noticed the mouse scroll wheel has been acting erratically. For example when I scroll down, sometimes the page actually goes up and vice versa.Wanted to see what you can do about this such as replacement.

Content: Hello, I purchased an ergonomic vertical wireless mouse back in September, 2024 and it recently stopped working. I thought the battery was just low, so I charged it for a day. That did not work. So, I changed the USB port and turned it off and on again a few time. I did the factory reset (push the wheel and the two side buttons), but that did not do anything. Do you have any other tips I could try? I LOVE this mouse and really need it working again. Thanks!

Content: I purchased your Bluetooth 34 key pad in August. I have used less than a handful of times. I have been trying to connect it to my laptop and it won't connect. It now shows as "30434abd" as the device to connect in the Bluetooth devices. This is not what it was when it was new. When I connect to it, it will still not work though. Do you have any suggestions. I am not happy with the durability of the item.

Content: Hello, My amazon purchase ORDER # 113-8786708-7443444. Its less then a year old and i'm having issues with the scroll wheel. When scrolling up or down it consistently scrolls the other way. I'll still be able to scroll to the top or bottom but its very jumpy and getting worse over time.
