Content: My mouse stopped working. Despite being charged, and no longer turns on. I simply came into the office one day, took it off charge, and realized that it was broken. I would like a replacement or a refund as it worked totally fine before.

Content: We purchased a Lekvey mouse from Amazon last November and it has stopped working correctly. We have to click about 5 times for the computer to recognize any of its clicks. It's indicated on Amazon that Lekvey provides a 24-month warranty on your products. Can you please advise on what the process is for us to request a warranty replacement?We have tried the mouse in two different computers and it has the same issue so it seems to be an issue with the mouse itself.Thank you!Audrey
