Content: I have anew 7L-01 Ergonomic Mouse & yet I have not been able to get this mouse to work. I have read the instructions twice with no effect on my part. Also in looking at the front of the mouse I see there is a USB port at the front which make believe me believe to recharge this mouse but all I received is the mouse but no cable. So where I go from this point? Also is it possible to talk over the phone?

Subject: mouse wheel issue
Content: the mouse wheel is too sensitive and makes webpages jump up or down when trying to scroll in one direction. I have tried adjusting the settings in Windows' control panel but does not help. When I move down with my wheel it will move down and jump up and when moving my wheel up it will jump down. Is there a fix?
