Subject: Unable to get mouse clicks to work
Content: Hi- I've had this mouse for a little under a year and a half, and the past week or so, it's been having lag(?) issues. When I click on something, the system won't respond, or it's a delayed response that leads to the wrong thing being clicked on, trying multiple clicks before it works, etc. Any ideas what the issue is?

Content: Hi Lekvey, my 2.4G mouse scroll wheel is jumping up and down every time I try to use it. I've tried cleaning it and re-plugging, etc. with no success. I've had the mouse for less than a year. Could you please help replace this?

Subject: Lekvey USB mouse not working in laptop
Content: Hello,I bought a Lekvey mouse through Amazon and as of recent, my mouse stopped working after connecting the USB to my laptop. Other mouses I use do work so I think its strictly a Lekvey problem. It says driver error and prior to this issue, I did have software update in my computer. I troubleshooted using the instructions from your website and online, but still doesn't work. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Content: Hello,I originally ordered one of these 6D Ergonomic Left Handed mouses back in August 2011. I then started having issues with the scroll wheel where it will randomly scroll the opposite direction of what you are actually trying to do. Your team replaced the mouse in March of 2023 but, alas, now again the same scroll wheel issue is back. I have had no other issues with the mouse and really enjoy the design but the issue with the scroll wheel is annoying. Is this something you have been aware of and have perhaps fixed?
