Content: I have the Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse Rechargeable 2.4G Optical Carpal Tunnel Mouse : 800/1200 / 1600 DPI, 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Green Purple (https://a.co/d/fDhasvR) purchased on Amazon (order 113-3626896-2381800 made on February 20, 2024). My mouse suddenly stopped working today. It’s fully charged (I plugged it in for 3 hours to be sure), I’ve restarted, ensured it’s on, and my old mouse works on my computer. I followed all troubleshooting steps. The mouse lights up for a second, then doesn’t respond at all. Help?
