Content: Hi Lekvey Support!I purchased the Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless mouse from your Amazon store back in March of 2021. I've overall really enjoyed it, but within the last 60 days I've noticed that the mouse wheel is behaving erratically. If I use the mouse wheel up or down, it will sometimes register it in the opposite direction, cancel out (up, down, up down) or register too many mouse wheel scrolls. Is there anything that can be done to fix this behavior? I've tried updating any drivers, and use either a Windows PC or Linux PC with the same issue. I've also tried different ports, hubs, and plugging the USB receiver directly into a motherboard USB with no mitigation of the issue.Thanks and please let me know if you need any other information.Kind regards,Russell
