Content: Hello!I bought the "Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 800/1200/1600 Levels 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Black " from Amazon on September 14, 2022. I absolutely love this mouse and it has solved all my issues with my arm hurting while I work. In the last week or two, the left click began to not work properly. Unfortunately, I now have to repeatedly click the left click 3-6 times before a single click will occur which is a major annoyance and something I have never experienced in my everyday use of your product. I saw on your website that you have a 24 month warranty period and I was wondering if there is any way I can get shipped a new Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse to replace my current one. I would be happy to send a video of this issue if needed for further proof.I look forward to hearing from you soon!Thanks,Caitlyn Sanford

Content: I bought 2 Lekvey mice on Amazon. One is wired and the other is wireless. Both ergonomic. I really like the feel of them but with both the wheel just slips and I can't use it. This started happening after 2 months with the wireless mouse and immediately with the wired mouse. Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you

It's a USB dongle, not battery.When plugged in to charge, the inside of the mouse is red but it does not charge and it does not work. It stopped working while I was in the middle of typing. I have used the methods on your support page to reset the mouse which didn't work. I have also tried keeping it connected to the charging cable for hours and it does not work.
