Content: Purchased a "BT181” previously July 24th, 2024. The keypad has slowly increasing in time it takes to connect to the computer. It is only connecting to charge, and will not send input. I do not know how to use the reset button on the keypad. The computer I use will not allow me to reset connection to the computer; to forget device. It is a work computer. Thank you

Content: Hello. I purchased this mouse on 7/16/24 on Amazon. Shortly after I started using it, the USB plug itself broke, with a piece of the black plastic breaking off when removing it from the port. I was able to keep it plugged into my computer and working for a while, but the plug just fell completely apart. I haven’t had it that long and am looking to see if I can get a replacement!
