Subject: Wireless Mouse Replacement
Content: I purchased a mouse from you through Amazon in February 2024, and now it has become inoperable by my computer. It does not recognize the usb receiver and says that it has malfunctioned. When I turn on the mouse from off to on the red light from the mouse immediately shuts off and doesn’t stay on as it should. I have also charged the mouse for over 24 hours and it still does not seem to work. I need an immediate replacement.

Content: Hi, I bought Lekvey Bluetooth Number Pad, Aluminum Rechargeable Wireless Numeric Keypad Slim 34-Keys External Numpad Keyboard (Silver) from Amazon on Sep 7, but the keyboard is defective. it constantly misses key presses and the battery dies within 2 weeks with minimal use. I can't tolerate it anymore so looking to resolve issue.

Content: Hello, I bought the Bluetooth aluminium Number Pad. I have not been able to connect it to my windows desktop PC, I keep getting the error message: "try connecting your device again." To be clear: - I was easily able to connect it via bluetooth to my android phone.- But I had the same "try connecting your device again" error message when I tried connecting it to my windows laptop. - when I plugged the keypad directly into my desktop PC via USB, it worked fine. - I was able to connect it via bluetooth to my roommate's MacbookSo the problem is never being able to connect it via bluetooth to a PC.

Content: My mouse (Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse Rechargeable 2.4 GHz Optical Carpal Tunnel Mouse : 800/1200 / 1600 DPI, 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Purple Pink) has stooped working. It turns on, and the dongle is plugged in, but my computer can no longer read it. This had happened twice now, but I can't fix it this time. I have tried removing and re-inserting the dongle, inserting the dongle into a different port, turning the mouse off and on, and charging the mouse, but none of this has worked. There is no option to return it to Amazon. What should I do?

I have loved this product it is truly amazing mouse and has worked great so far, up until a few days ago the light no longer came on when charging and now is entirely unresponsive and does not seem to turn on.
