Content: Mouse turned off and won't turn back on. Thought it didn't charge properly so connect for awhile but noticed the light at the bottom of the mouse didn't turn on. Left if charging for 4 hours but when I tried to turn it on nothing. Disconnect from computer reconnected turned it off for 30 seconds turned it back on but again no light from the bottom of the mouse and no reaction. Is it dead for good or can it be repaired? Bought it on March 5 died May 20

Content: I have the lekvey ergonomic. The scroll wheel seems to be malfunctioning, every time I try to zoom in or out with the scroll wheel it just causes the page to bounce back and forth instead of zooming in/out as needed. I ignored it initially but now it has worsened. I can’t keep up with this on a day to day basis. How do I fix it? I have tried restarting the mouse, charging it completely etc.
