Content: Why will my wireless mouse not work? I’ve had it for six months. It is charged, but I cannot seem to get it to connect for movement on the screen. Content: Hi there, I purchased an ergonomic keyboard and mouse made by you on Amazon in October of 2020. Recently it stopped working correctly. When I type it doesn’t input the letters I’m typing and turns off and won’t wake up. I’ve changed the batteries, unplugged the usb and un installed and reinstalled. I see you have a 2 year warranty and a satisfaction time period that I’mStill within. Keep in mind I did leave u a really good review when I first purchased the set. Reaching out to inquire on how to go about processing a replacement through the warranty. I have my receipt but don’t see an option to attach it to this content request. Please advise

Content: The entire top row of keys on my 34 key usb keypad has stopped working. I've tried deleting the device and reinstalling it, and tried hooking it to another computer. Both are running Windows 11, build 22000.856. The keypad was fine until recently, even after upgrade to Win 11. Any other troubleshooting steps I can try?
