Content: Hi, I have the ergonomic vertical wireless mouse which I bought from Amazon in September. I can’t get the mouse to charge. I’ve tried different cables, different usb ports, different pcs. I did lose the cable that came with the mouse and have been using a standard usbc cable. I don’t know if it’s because I’m using a different cable or if the mouse isn’t charging because it’s defective? It’s been great and I’ve been able to charge it previously with another cable. Thanks!
