Content: I recently purchased a Levkey Ergonomic Mouse. After charging only twice it will no longer charge or turn on. I have tried multiple USB-C cables with no success I would like to have the mouse replaced under the two year warranty. Thank you.

Content: I ordered the ergonical mouse 17 months ago and it stopped working today. The red dot on the bottom doesnt flash but the charger does turn green/red. I read through the FAQ and non of those suggestions are working.

Content: I ordered one of your mice from Amazon in February (Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse Rechargeable 2.4G Optical Carpal Tunnel Mouse) and it seems to be dead. When you plug it in, it acts as if it's charging, but when you go-to use it, the light lights up red for about 2 seconds and then dies again. I've flipped it on and off, changed USB ports and left it on the charger for multiple hours and still no luck. It seemed to work for weeks without even needing a charge, but now that the battery died, it seems just completely dead and won't recharge. I work in IT so I've done all the troubleshooting I know how to do to get it to work again

I have recharged it. I have tried the USB in a different port. I have cleaned the optical eye. I have turned the mouse off. I have turned the laptop off. Content: I like my ergonomic mouse. But one thing that drives me nuts is the jumpy scrolling.I thought it was my windows, but I have a smaller traditional mouse I use for my laptop for portability purposes, and when I connect that mouse it works fine. Is there a fix?
