Content: I love this mouse but the battery died and is not charging. I have tried 3 different usb-a to usb-c cords. The mouse has a red light when first plugged in but then turns off and doesn’t charge. I’ve tried charging overnight with the mouse both on and off.

Content: Hello!Purchased the “ Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice” less than 2 months ago and it no longer works. I’ve tried charging it. I’ve tried keeping the charging cord in while using. I’ve tried reinserting the USB. But moving the mouse translates on screen either not at all, or very slowly to the point where I’m moving the mouse up multiple times just to get the cursor to move up. I’ve also looked at the settings and nothing helped. I have since replaced it with the mouse my computer came with, and it works without issue.Will you be able to issue a replacement?This was purchased on Amazon, order # 114-5653644-3485013.Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
