Content: My mouse has stopped working after less than 6 months. I have tried different USB port and once device is set up it is still not moving on the screen. Content: I bought the right handed vertical mouse on Amazon in Feb 2022 and it has been great up until about a month ago. The scroll wheel will scroll up when trying to scroll down, and vice versa. Same happens when I press Ctrl on the keyboard and use the scroll wheel to zoom in/out. It's very frustrating when trying to present for work. Any settings or suggestions to get it to stop?

Content: Iv used it for 1 day at work and about half way through it seemed like it died. I plugged it in and was still able to use it and it was fine then it died again. So I plugged it into a wall adapter and left it to charge. Came to use it today (day 2) and it will turn on and work for about 5 minutes then it turns off again. I flip the on off switch and it will work for a few seconds then it will turn off again. I can't get it to stay on any more. Am I doing something wrong?
