Content: I love your mouse but about a month after purchase the scroll stopped working. I’ll scroll down and it will go up and vise versa. :( If I go super slow it will sometimes scroll in the direction I want to but that’s not convenient.

Content: Hello,I am reaching out because my wireless mouse is no longer working. I’ve only had the mouse since late February so it is still fairly new. The mouse isn’t pairing with my computer anymore. I’ve charged my mouse, restarted my computer, and even given the mouse a break to see if that would work. Is it possible to get help fixing the mouse or replacing it? Any help is greatly appreciated as I’ve really enjoyed the mouse as a remote worker. Thanks!
