I've tried restarting the computer repeatedly, charged the mouse, adjusted the USB input site and still no luck. Can a replacement one be sent or any additional troubleshoot?

I leave it on the charger for the time necessary, but once I take it out, it is turns off right after a few seconds of the light being on. I was wondering if there’s anything I can do.
