Content: Bought a mouse and the first time I have had to recharge since purchasing the mouse does not charge. Worked fine up until now but I have only lightly used it & is relatively new. But useless now. I have tried different cables, ports, charges, ensure it is switched to on, allowed it time to charge but still nothing.

Content: Hello - The scroll wheel on my Ergonomic Mouse has been glitching lately or not working at all. When I scroll down, it'll glitch and scroll down and shoot back up automatically. Sometimes it doenst work at all. There is nothing stuck in the wheel. Please help as this is extremely frusterating in my day to day work using it.

Content: I have bought two of your mouses, the first one had stopped charging and this second one was doing so well but has become increasingly glitchy. When I scroll down, the screen goes up and makes it incredibly difficult for tedious work. I've tried charging it, cleaning it, spraying air into the top, and nothing seems to work.
