Content: Hello! Sorry to bother you. I purchased one of your mice back in June of this year (Vertical Wireless Mouse), and it no longer works. I have tried it on other computers with the same result. The mouse is fully charged (but not over-charged), and when I turn it on it has the red light, but soon after it disappears and is unresponsive. It worked last night, but this morning decided not to. I was really enjoying this mouse too! I'm just unsure of how I should proceed? Thank you very much!

I purchased the "Ergonomic Mouse, LEKVEY Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 800/1200/1600 Levels 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Black"mouse on Amazon recently, and I am having intermittent connection issues. The mouse is incredibly laggy and misses more than half of clicks and tracking at a distance of less than 2ft away from the receiver. :/The product description says that it works up to 33 ft away, but that is not the case and it is not working as designed.I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, and the issue persists even when using different USB ports and different computers. Please help; I want to like this product but it will not work for me if the connection is so bad.

Content: Hello. I purchased the Lekvey Aluminum Rechargeable Wireless Numeric Keypad from Amazon and it worked great. Now it stopped working. I believe it will not charge. I plugged it in with the charger that came with it and have also tried other micro usb cables / chargers. The light stays red and disappears after a while. The keypad would have delay and now it will not do anything. Cannot charge it. Would like a warranty replacement.Thank you.
