Subject: 34 Key Won't Connect
Content: I purchased your Bluetooth 34 key pad in August. I have used less than a handful of times. I have been trying to connect it to my laptop and it won't connect. It now shows as "30434abd" as the device to connect in the Bluetooth devices. This is not what it was when it was new. When I connect to it, it will still not work though. Do you have any suggestions. I am not happy with the durability of the item.

Content: Hello, My amazon purchase ORDER # 113-8786708-7443444. Its less then a year old and i'm having issues with the scroll wheel. When scrolling up or down it consistently scrolls the other way. I'll still be able to scroll to the top or bottom but its very jumpy and getting worse over time.

Content: My mouse is fully charged, I’ve reset following the instructions to put usb in another port, turn on and hold left, right, and middle buttons and release after 3 seconds. Even tried longer and no change. I’ve uninstalled it and reconnected it to my pc and the issues are the same. I’ve tried clicking the DPI button a few times and testing with each click and there is no change
