Content: Hello, I purchased this Levkey ergonomic mouse from Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CGWGVV1G/?th=1I bought it on October 21, 2023 and recently the scroll wheel has started malfunctioning and scrolls in the opposite direction of what I intended.I very much enjoy this brand of mouse, as this is my second time purchasing from your company. I encountered this same issue on my first mouse, but assumed it was due to age, as I had owned it for a few years at that point. Content: Purchased from amazon (Order# 112-4861890-9073023) and received 8/28/23. Tried the toubleshooting and mouse still no longer works. Can this be replaced under warranty or what is the next step? Was very helpful with elbow issues so would like to resolve quickly. thanks!
