Content: I just bought the vertical wireless mouse off Amazon. Love the mouse, but the directions are switched, going up when I move the mouse left. Followed the troubleshooting guides that are out on the internet, and I did test on multiple laptops. What should I do?

Content: I recently purchased a Lekvey wireless ergonomic mouse 7L-01. It appears that I was sent the wrong charging cable. I am unable to insert the small end into the mouse. Either the metal piece or the plastic housing is too long and it puts it at an angle that will not allow me to insert it. Is there a way to get the correct charging cord?

Content: I bought an ergonomic mouse a couple months ago. I unplugged it from my laptop because I was leaving town for a few weeks and now that I’m back, the mouse is not working. Its recognized by my laptop when I plug it in, but the cursor wont move. I also tried charging it as much as possible but the red light only shines for a couple of seconds when I turn the switch to “on” and then it doesnt seem to be working.

When I scroll wheel down continuously, the page moves up and down. Same thing happens when the scroll wheel upwards. Appreciate if you can provide support to fix mouse wheel issue.

Content: Hello, I purchased a Lekvey right handed mouse on Amazon on July 13, 2022. Within the past couple of months the scroll wheel has stopped working correctly and there is a bit of lag with the mouse. I have tried recharging and I saw somewhere how to reset. None of that has helped. Is there any way to replace the mouse ? I really like the mouse, but need one which a wheel that works. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated.
