Content: I purchased a Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse through Amazon with same-day shipping, but unfortunately when I try to use it on my desktop today it does not work. When it is plugged in, the desktop recognizes the mouse, but it does not work. It is fully charged and the mouse's red light on the bottom is working. Please advise. Thank you!
