Subject: Warranty - Mouse Right Button
Content: I purchased the Ergonomic Mouse from Amazon on May 9, 2025. The mouse right button is working only sporadically. Sometimes requiring that I right-click multiple times before it fully registers. I'm hoping that there is a warranty that will cover replacing the mouse. Content: I have a 34-keys Numeric Keypad that was purchased from your store on Amazon.It seems like the Number Lock function is off on the keypad, but there is no NumLock key that I can find on the keypad itself which essentially makes the keypad useless.

Subject: Wireless mouse stopped responding
Content: Hello. My mouse all of a sudden stopped responding. It was working fine all day - and then just stopped. I thought maybe it just wasn’t charged enough, so I charged it overnight and the red light is faint while charging. When I flip the switch from off to on the light comes on but goes back out and does not connect with my computer. The light does NOT come on anymore when I click one of the buttons on the mouse I ordered off Amazon April 2025. An I get a replacement or is there any way to fix this?
