Content: Hello. My mouse all of a sudden stopped responding. It was working fine all day - and then just stopped. I thought maybe it just wasn’t charged enough, so I charged it overnight and the red light is faint while charging. When I flip the switch from off to on the light comes on but goes back out and does not connect with my computer. The light does NOT come on anymore when I click one of the buttons on the mouse I ordered off Amazon April 2025. An I get a replacement or is there any way to fix this?

Content: I purchased a vertical ergonomic mouse. I charged it overnight, and the next day it died midday during use. I am concerned it may have a faulty battery or something that it isn't holding a charge. Is there anything that can be done?

Content: I purchased a Levkey Ergonomic 2.4GHz wireless mouse in April of this year. I recently moved 6ths away and I forgot the USB Bluetooth piece at my old job, they tried mailing it to me but the envelope came ripped open and taped back up from USPS. with the USB piece gone. I am so bummed and hoping I don’t have to completely replace the mouse. Is there a way to purchase a replacement for the USB?
