Content: I have a ergonomic Lekvey vertical rechargeable mouse. It shows charged but is not connecting wirelessly. Im trying to confirm what the dongle looks like. I have many but not sure which is paired with this mouse. I have tried each dongle one at a time but mouse still not making a connection.

Subject: Bluetooth Pairing not working for keyboard
Content: My LEKVEY Multi Device Bluetooth Keyboard isn't working. I've only had it for a few months. The device is charged, but it won't seem to turn on. It doesn't use batteries. I've tried turning it on and off. The main problem is that normally I switch the keyboard on and it pairs automatically. If it doesn't pair automatically, I sometimes need to forget device and re-pair by holding the Bluetooth buttons on the keyboard. However now when I turn the laptop on, the lights that it's on aren't flashing like they used to, and holding the Bluetooth button does nothing to pair it. However the battery level is still showing up on my Bluetooth devices list in my Mac OS. So maybe it's still being detected by the laptop? I've also already resetting my Bluetooth connection, the keyboard is rechargeable and battery is full, and I've tested my Bluetooth connection on other devices which are working. What can I do?
