Content: Hi,I purchased one of your vertical ergonomic mice back in May and it worked amazingly until recently. It is now having issues with scrolling. It jumps around and occasionally scrolls the wrong direction. I read on the Amazon reviews this has happened to others as well and a replacement was sent to them. Content: I bought lekvey ergonomis wireless mouse and after a few months it started giving issues with scrolling. When i scroll down or up, it scrolls down & up uncontrollably. Content: I bought the Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 800/1200/1600 Levels 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Black on August 5th 2023 and it has stopped working, I was in the middle of my workday and it just quit. So thought it may have been low on charge, but it's dead! none of the troubleshooting has worked. could you please replace this mouse, this is my second one and the original one worked great and lasted a long time until the USB dongle was misplace.
