Content: Hello, I have the rechargeable ergonomic mouse. I have two actually. The one I paired with my Mac paired automatically. However with my Mac, it's not connecting at all, in fact, my laptop isn't even recognizing the mouse. Please help with how to get the mouse into pairing mode. Thank you.

Content: I purchased the keyboard/mouse combo on January 25, 2021 through amazon (Order #702-1642332028205). I was issued a replacement through your website due to some issues with the original hardware and have absolutely loved the product ever since. I now notice that the mouse has lost its' sensitivity and doesn't always respond to movements - or does so but delayed and all over the place. I don't want to buy a mouse somewhere else and was wondering what we can do about this. Is this a normal issue after 2 months of use? Am i able to obtain a new mouse only? (the keyboard is still perfectly fine).Hopefully you can help out as I am very satisfied with your products and have recommended them to many of my co-workers. Thank you!! :)

Content: I purchased the Left Handed Mouse, Lekvey Wireless 2.4G USB Left Hand Ergonomic Vertical Mouse on Amazon.com.I was disappointed to find that along the center is a roughly joined line of plastic that is uncomfortable to the hand.
