Content: I purchased the ergonomic mouse and the right click doesn't function correctly. Instead of showing the right click menu it has the screen scroll icon. Please advise how I can fix this.

Subject: Issue with scroll wheel
Content: I have a Lekvey right-handed ergo mouse which I ordered on Jan 12th, 2021 through Amazon. Order number is 702-2896347-6628227. I am now experiencing issues with the scroll wheel where the scroll direction is entirely random - i.e. I am scrolling up and every 3rd or 4th rotation upwards will result in downwards scrolling action. Any recommendations to help alleviate this? I have tried charging, reconnecting the dongle, etc.

Content: Hello, I purchased the Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 800/1200/1600 Levels 6 Buttons, for Laptop, PC, Computer, Desktop, Notebook etc, Black from Amazon on12/7. It ran out of charge for the first time last Thursday and when I plugged it in to charge it started smoking. I unplugged it and let it sit over the weekend, and I tried to charge it again today but it wont charge at all now. Can you please assist with next steps to get it working or to have a replacement? the replacement window at Amazon closed 1/31 but I did not try to charge it before that date since it didn't lose its charge.

Content: Mouse shuts down while in use. Recently changed it and keeps happening. I don't think is normal. I thought it had a saver mode, but keeps happening. SO I need to turn it off and on, change it again, unplug the usb and plug it back multip´le times in a day, around 10 please support
