Content: Hi there --I purchased a Levkey Ergonomic Vertical Mouse in January 2023 and it's stopped working. Either the charging port/battery doesn't charge anymore or there are issues with the usb transmitter. I have charged it and moved USB ports and it still doesn’t work. I see that it has a 24 month warranty or refund. I would like to have the refund as I do not want another one of this model.
