The scroller is not working well and I have to click down extra hard in order for the mouse action to register that I am trying to click on something. Please advise.

My mouse has started to have major delays and the cursor doesn't move where I'm moving the mouse. I have charged it over night, and it's still having issues. It is less than a year old, so I'm hoping you can provide a solution of how to make it functional again.

Content: July 29, 2023 I purchased from Amazon my Lekvey Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Wireless Mouse - 57° Angle, Rechargeable, 3 DPI for Comfort, Reduce Wrist Pain, Carpal Tunnel Relief for PC, Mac, Windows, Laptop, Office, Black from Amazon. I love my it. It has been great for work and social life for 2 years... all of a sudden the mouse and the cursor are not communicating. I have tried all your troubleshooting tips - unplug, replug, USB in and out... turn off my Mac mini and turn it back on. It works for all the other mouse features, left and right buttons, scrolling... but it will not move my cursor. What alternatives do we have for replacing this great mouse? carmensweetman@gmail.com
