Content: I purchased a Lekvey ergonomic mouse from Amazon in July of 2022. The description:Ergonomic Mouse, LEKVEY Vertical Wireless Mouse - Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Vertical Mice : 3 Adjustable DPI 800/1200/1600 Levels 6 Buttons, for Lap The mouse is skipping and jumping. I have recharged it. I have tried the USB in a different port. I have cleaned the optical eye. I have turned the mouse off. I have turned the laptop off. I have turned the laptop and the mouse back on. Still have the problem.Help! Please. Thank you.

Content: compre un mouse Lekvey ergonomico y 3 meses, despues de utilizarlo, empezo a fallar.ya no recorre el mousel a pantalla facilmente.le limpie suavemente la luz optica,pero sigue sin funcionar.Intente resetearlo de acuerdo a las instrucciones lo hice y sigue sin responder.

Content: I like my ergonomic mouse. But one thing that drives me nuts is the jumpy scrolling.I thought it was my windows, but I have a smaller traditional mouse I use for my laptop for portability purposes, and when I connect that mouse it works fine. Is there a fix?

Content: I purchased this mouse in jan of 2023 and recently it has starting being really difficult to use when scrolling. the scroll wheel jumps around erratically and it makes it very difficult to do my work. I am requesting a replacement as I believe I am in the warranty period still.
