Content: I ordered the Levkey Ergnomic Mouse through Amazon on 2/17/25 (Order No. 113-6795051-0347452). The left button has become unresponsive and often requires multiple clicks to register. I have previously purchased the same product for office use and have had no such issues with the first purchase.

Have tried several different brands of batteries and unit will not turn on. Asking you to honor your 2yr warranty and replace unit. I really liked the unit while it worked and would like to try again. Thank you.
