Q: I had purchased this ergonomic mouse and it doesn’t work anymore.

1, Please check if the battery is out of power first, because the low battery will affect the performance. Normally, the power indicator on the mouse side will turn red while charging, and the red indicator will go off when the mouse is fully charged.
[ Please note: The USB-C to C charging cable can NOT charge this mouse. Instead, please use our package included USB-A to C charging cable.]
2, Please try this mouse with another device (PC or other Notebook) to check if it could work properly?
3, If you have already fully charged the battery, could you please restore the factory settings as the following steps?
Restore mouse setting:
-Re-insert the USB receiver into another USB port of the computer
-Turn on the power switch again
- Press and hold the left, right buttons and 3D wheel for 3 seconds then release the buttons.
