Q: Battery Issue. My Lekvey ergonomic mouse won't keep charging, what should I do?

In fact, it needs 3-4 hours for a full charge and it can last for 150 hours after fully charged. It is normal that the light at the micro USB port will be red when charging, it will be green when the mouse is fully charging.
2, May I know do you charge the mouse from computer?
We do not recommend charging from a computer, because the output voltage of the computer is not up to the working voltage of the mouse charging, which may cause the indicator to be abnormal or even fail to charge. It is recommended that you try to *charge the mouse from the wall socket*.
3, Could you please try charging the mouse with your other micro USB charging cable? (All the Android charging cable can be used with this mouse)
