Q3: Battery Issue, the mouse won't keep charging, what should I do?
A3: 1, The red charging indicator light for this Lekvey mouse may be a little difficult to see, even if you do not see the red charging indicator, do not worry, in fact, the mouse is in normal charging, and can work normally after 2-3 hours of wall charging.

Q4: Scroll Wheel Issue. My mouse scroll wheel stop working, what should I do?
A4: lf you have fully charged the mouse battery, please Re-insert the UsB receiver into Another USB port of the computer to have a check. And you could also check that if the mouse wheel works on Other devices. Q5: How to access DPI settings?
A5: For the adjustable DPI button, It has 3 levels(800/1200/1600), when you press it everytime, the moving speed of the mouse will be different, it will not be displayed on the screenor the light, but to feel the change of the mouse's moving speed, When you move the mouseyou will feel that the mouse moves at different speeds in different Dpl levels.
Q6: l had purchased this ergonomic mouse and it doesn't work anymore.

4, If you have already fully charged the mouse battery, could you please restore the factory settings as the following steps?
Restore mouse setting:
-Re-insert the 2.4Ghz USB receiver into another USB 2.0 port of the computer
-Turn on the power switch again
-Press and hold the left, right buttons and 3D wheel for 3 seconds then release the buttons.

2. 28-key Bluetooth Number Pad
Q9: I received the 28-key keypad but it does not come with a USB.
A9: The 28-key Bluetooth number pad is connected via Bluetooth, it doesn't include a
Bluetooth/USB receiver.
Q10: I have purchased a Lekvey Numeric Keypad MODEL: BT 302. When using the keypad it constantly disconnectsand and reconnects making it nearly impossible to use. Do you know how to fix this issue?

2. Please try this keypad with your another device (phone or tablet) to check if it could work properly?
3. If the keypad has been replaced NEW batteries, please pair the keypad to your device again as the following steps: ( Please make sure your other devices Bluetooth is turned off. And also turn off the Bluetooth of the device which you need to pair the keypad, and then turn it on again.)
1) Insert 2 AAA batteries and switch ON/OFF button to power the keypad
2) Press the Bluetooth key for 3 seconds until the LED light twinkles,
3) Go to system preferences>Select device>Add a device.
