Q: My laptop cannot find this numeric keypad. Please advise.

A: 1. Please check if the battery is out of power first, because the low battery will affect the performance.
2. Please try this keypad with your another device (phone or tablet) to check if it could work properly.

3. If the keypad has been fully charged, please pair the keypad to your device again as the following steps: ( Please make sure your other device's Bluetooth is turned off. And also turn off the Bluetooth of the device which you need to pair the keypad, and then turn it on again. )
1) Switch the ON/OFF button again to power the keypad.
2) Press the Pairing Button ( the Blue indicator will be flashing )
3) Go to system preferences>Select device>Add the device.

NOTE: For Desktop PC Laptop without Bluetooth function, you need to use a third-party Bluetooth adapter (not included) before use. And this number pad is NOT completely compatible with the Macbook OS system and Apple iOS system.
