Subject: Vertical mouse's mouse wheel snapped loose and unusable after two months of use
Content: Hey.The replacement mouse you sent me was working great, and better than the other mouse that had the diagonal movement. However, it had an issue where the wheel would slowly move toward the right mouse button. and every time this happened I had to snap it back into place with my index finger. I eventually got used to this, but after clicking the wheel over the two months it has snapped loose, leaving me unable to scroll up and down with the wheel.
